Business Description:Leo Enterprise LLC is an application development company that specializes primarily in smart phone and tablet applications.

• Our app must be well designed and developed, with optimal functionality. This stage of development and implementation of an app until its launching in the AppStore is undoubtedly fundamental to our success.

We currently are in the middle of acquiring two different popular smartphone application companies with about $100,000 in revenue between them and only about 15% overhead. We then plan on spending about 1 year expanding the business to achieve 2-3x the revenue streams. After which we will go public via a reverse merger. At that point we will start on our main confidential project and release information regarding it as time goes on to

Markets: We have targeted a 100% market share for app #1. 54 million people visit Orlando and the app posts 100,000+
downloads on IPhone only. Templates for other theme parks are already in the works for 3 other theme parks all
with 50-60 million visitors annually. The app is also expandable to the Android market.

We have a 25% market share for app #2. There are 14 different cheat apps which are all multilingual for popular social media connected games used by millions. There are over 1 million downloads so far. This app too is expandable to the Android market. There has been absolutely no marketing yet and already we are #3-#8 on the lists for popular cheats. Google indicates there are 850,000 Android device activations per day and total Google Play app downloads have reached more than 15 billion. For sheer size, the Android platform has no equal. According to Nielsen, Android has more than 48 percent of the smartphone market, versus 32 percent for iOS.



Marketing:
We have hired a marketer who will travel to gaming conventions, road shows, write articles for PC magazine, gaming magazines, blogs, Facebook and Twitter in order to get our brand recognized in the market place. This is one platform that gets plenty of attention, all for free. We need to get people to talk about your product and will create the necessary exposure by tweeting about it as often as we can and in as many different ways as we can.
The owner has connections to Delaware business magazines and newspapers because of friends and family. Chris Spencer’s father in law owns Central Florida Publishing where we can get free press. Our marketing efforts have started with a dedicated website to showcase and promote our app. A website will not only allow us to drive traffic to your app’s listing on the marketplace, but also give us the ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of your marketing efforts. A major drawback to app marketplace listings it that they do not give us visibility into how many people visit the listing, where they come from, who they are, etc… The only metric app marketplaces tend to provide is the number of people who end up downloading our app. This
by itself is not enough information to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. By having a website, and using a web analysis tool like Google Analytics to analyze its traffic, we will gain invaluable insight into the traffic patterns to and from our app. Once we’ve created a website, we can use link-building and other common Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tricks to build our website’s standing in organic app search results.
People love to rely on customer reviews when contemplating a purchase decision. Given the vast number of apps that have entered the marketplace, app review sites have grown to play prominent role in the app marketing sphere. When our app is in a state where we feel comfortable having someone write a public review of it, we will reach out to any number of the app review sites that exist to try and get our app reviewed.
App review sites generally come in two flavors: paid and free. Paying for a review of an app is a well-accepted
way of getting attention directed towards our app. The truth is that most app sites receive so many free submissions from app developers that they do not have the bandwidth to process them all. Advanced Content Services, Inc. Signs LOI With Established Medical Marijuana Merchant Services Company Toward Multiple Revenue Streams
LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Apr 24, 2014) - Advanced Content Services, Inc. (OTC: ADCS), a Holding company focused in electronic payment services and solutions, is pleased to announce today that it now has a fully executed Letter of Intent ("LOI") with an established medical marijuana merchant services company.

The LOI is for a Joint Venture ("Greenstar") that will focus on services and solutions in the legalized cannabis markets. Advanced Content Services CEO Thomas Wolff states, "We have discovered a number of opportunities to profit from the state-legalization of marijuana while abiding federal laws and guidelines issued by the U.S. government. Our strategic partner with whom we've recently signed a Letter of Intent, has an active and growing client base of 100 accounts in Colorado dispensaries, with strategic plans to expand into other legalized markets through 2014."

Discussions toward the final Joint Venture Agreement have included offering the new partner restricted shares in ADCS in exchange for a number of the existing accounts toward immediate revenues for the Company. The legal U.S. industry is expected to reach $2.57 billion in sales this year, according to ArcView Market Research.

Earlier this year, The Treasury Department issued new rules that could make it easier for banks to do business with marijuana dispensers. The U.S. government's current administration said it would not challenge Colorado's and Washington's legalization of the drug, as long as they kept a tight rein on marijuana businesses. The administration agreed in August 2013 not to prosecute legal dealers as long as they met eight requirements, including not selling to minors. In separate guidance, the Justice Department directed U.S. attorneys not to pursue banks that do business with legal marijuana dispensers as long as the dealers adhere to the guidelines issued in August 2013.

One of the ways Greenstar also plans to profit from the existing accounts is by aggressive placement of cash and cashless ATM machines in dispensaries. This, in addition to servicing merchants with necessary services and equipment for safe and efficient transactions so long as the client dispensaries meet or exceed all measures outlaid by the current administration. The company aims to garner an additional 50 dispensary clients by end of year 2014, with frequent updates for shareholders as the business grows.

Advanced executives are thrilled with the prospects of the new venture in terms of near-term revenues and leveraged opportunities with subsidiary New Wave Prepaid Solutions' 'Cannabis Card', which is currently in development stages, "however," states Wolff, "The new venture will give us direct access to over one hundred dispensaries to market ancillary products and services, and we feel this will lead to exponential revenues for the company in 2014.
