Dalle prime due, si capisce che stanno all'ultima spiaggia e stan provando a fare una scommessa dell'ultimo secondo.
Dall'ultima frase, mi sembra che stiano ammettendo ufficialmente di non aver pagato le cedole
Quello che dico io è: o hai già il pool di investitori ( si parla di un miliardo di dollari) o... Boh.
Perché se era per rivolgersi al mercato day by day, c'era il programma Atm, ed una volta terminato potevano metterne in piedi un altro. Oggi ha toccato 7$, tirare su 50 milioni era come ridere... Invece non diluiscono più. Perché? Perché nemmeno una misera offerta di swap bond/azioni?
Allora ipotizzo uno scenario buono: esiste uno ( o più) soggetti interessati, che sganceranno un miliardo. Gli azionisti diluiti ed annichiliti. Lo stesso soggetto ha rilevato quote estremamente importanti del debito, e per questo vuole che venga remunerato e non teme di investire in preferred.
Ha un suo senso.
