DJ Digital Lightwave Posts 4Q Loss; May File For Bankruptcy [DHHXFXJ]
CLEARWATER, Fla. (Dow Jones)--Digital Lightwave Inc. (DIGL), which posted a
narrower fourth-quarter loss, may seek bankruptcy protection.
The computer networking equipment provider said its auditors have substantial
doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern, as it has ended the year
with insufficient resources to fund its working needs or satisfy its
obligations.
Digital Lightwave had a working capital deficit of $25.9 million at the end of
2003 and expects to incur operating losses throughout the first half of 2004.
The company said it will file for bankruptcy protection if it doesn't get the
financing it needs or is unable to renegotiate its debt.
The provider of optical networking technology and test instruments posted a
fourth-quarter net loss of $4.4 million, or 14 cents a share, compared with a
net loss of $38.8 million, or $1.24 a share, a year earlier.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 fell to $1.6 million from $2.8 million
for the fourth quarter of 2002.

Ma non credo che la lasceranno crepare.... come al solito arriverà qualcuno a fare beneficienza ....
Oppure nuocva emissione.....
Dovrei leggermi il suo bilancio, ma al momento non ho tempo.
Se ci sono azioni da tirare fuori le tireranno fuori....
Ormai sta storia del fallimneto imminente la ho gia vista 3 volte in 1 mese e i soldi sono poi arrivati....
Quindi vediamo come va a vinire la ninna nanna...
