domanda sui 'certificates'

Buongiorno a tutti,
ho notato che il mio broker mi addebita una 'vault fee' per i certificati che detengo.
Ho scoperto che detengo certificates per 2 società di OTC che ho ancora in portafoglio benchè quasi ferme...GYST e MNVN i loro simboli.

In merito alle mie domande su cosa farne di questi certificati,
mi è stato risposto:

1.Which company are from these certificates?
Graystone Co and Mondial Ventures Inc
2.Are they negotiable?
We can possibly send them to you. There is a $30 UPS fee to send the certs International. There may be additional fees to have any certificate(s) broken down if shares are part of a larger “bulk” certificate
3.Is there an area on the platform that show me these certificates?
The only place to see these is on your monthly statements.


Perdonate la mia ignoranza ma vorrei capire cosa sono e se li posso vendere.

i 2 titoli in questioni son messi male quindi liquidare le posizioni in equities la vedo dura, però almeno liberarmi dei certificati così smetto di pagare la giacenza mi piacerebbe....
anche perchè vorrei stoppare l'emorragia
