Gazprom confirmed that funds were paid to the paying agents with regard to the following Eurobonds:
- Gaz-27 (ISIN: XS1585190389, US368266AV45) issued by Gaz Capital S.A. with coupon 4.95% due 2027 – on the 21st September 2022 the payment was made by Gazprom for the coupon due on the 23 September 2022;
- Gaz-34 (ISIN: XS0191754729, US368266AA08) issued by Gaz Capital S.A. 8.625% due 2034 – on the 25 October 2022 the payment was made by Gazprom for the coupon due on the 28 October 28 2022;
- Gaz-23 EUR (ISIN: XS1521039054, XS1521035573) issued by Gaz Capital S.A. 3.125% due 2023 – on the 10 November 2022 the payment was made by Gazprom for the coupon due on the 17 November 2022;
- Gaz-28 EUR (ISIN: XS2408033210, XS2408032246) issued by Gaz Finance Plc 1.85% due 2028 – on the 14 November 2022 the payment was made by Gazprom for the coupon due on the 17 November 2022;
- Gaz-24 EUR (ISIN: XS1721463500) issued by Gaz Capital S.A. 2.25% due 2024 – on the 14 November 2022 the payment was made by Gazprom for the coupon due on the 22 November 2022.
Deutsche Bank AG and Citibank confirmed that the funds were received on the issuers’ accounts.
We would recommend investors write a letter to Deutsche Bank AG (London) regarding Gaz Capital’ issues and to Citibank (London) regarding Gaz Finance issues, probably write a letter to clearing systems Euroclear and Clearstream as well, and ask them to release the payments. If PA and clearing systems see that it hurts investors, it should help to accelerate the process of releasing funds.
