NYSE/Euronext: Approvazione Finale
Gli azionisti di Euronext hanno approvato con il 92,2% dei voti la fusione per incorporazione nel Nyse Group Inc., sulla base della quale riceveranno 0,98 azioni NYX ogni azione Euronext posseduta, più un conguaglio in denaro di Euro 21,32. L'operazione verrà perfezionata il giorno 4 aprile 2007.

April 10 (Reuters) - Citigroup started its coverage on transatlantic exchange operator NYSE Euronext (NYX.N: Quote, Profile , Research) with a "buy" rating and a price target of $113.
The brokerage said through the Euronext merger, NYSE Euronext acquired a major derivatives platform and the combined global market cap of their listed companies is $28 trillion, well above their closest peer at about $9 trillion.
NYSE Euronext is the first true global exchange with operations in six countries including both derivatives and cash equities, it added. (Reporting by Esha Dey in Bangalore)
