Unicredit: detiene il 5% di Sonic Solutions (Nasdaq)
Radiocor - Milano, 08 feb - Unicredit comunica di detenere un'altra partecipazione del 5% circa di un'altra societa' quotata al Nasdaq, la Sonic Solutions, per un valore di circa 19,6 milioni di dollari ai prezzi odierni. E' quanto emerge dalle comunicazioni della capogruppo di piazza Cordusio alla Sec dopo che ieri aveva reso noto di controllare il 5% di Bottomline Technologies. Il 91% del capitale della societa' californiana, attiva nel digital media software, e' in portafoglio ad investitori istituzionali e fondi pensione. Nell'ultimo esercizio chiuso a fine marzo 2005 la societa' ha registrato ricavi per 90,6 milioni con un utile netto di 8,5 milioni.
