Iconic FIAT Brand Launches in Algeria​

ALGIERS – Stellantis today announces the launch of FIAT brand in Algeria to meet the Algerian customers’ expectations with a wide range of models during a ceremony chaired by Mr. Ali Aoun, Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, Mr. Tayeb Zitouni, Minister of Commerce and Export, HE. Mr. Giovanni Pugliese, Ambassadors of Italy in Algeria, HE. Mr. Abdelkrim Touahria, Ambassadors of Algeria in Italy, Mr. Samir Cherfan, Stellantis Middle East and Africa Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Olivier François, FIAT Chief Executive Officer and Stellantis Global Chief Marketing Officer, and Mr. Hakim Boutehra Managing Director of Stellantis Algeria, Tunisia.
“Supporting the Fiat project and hence, the development of the automotive ecosystem in Algeria has an historical symbolism that reflects the long-lasting good relations between the two countries. By combining our efforts, this project will become a benchmark in terms of integrability and complementarity. Currently, we are conducting a study in the factory which is likely to open up great horizons to go beyond the primary ambitions,” said Mr. Ali Aoun, Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production.
This investment phase materializes the automotive specifications agreement signed on November 2022 with the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI) ratifying the framework agreement signed on October 13, which launched the development of industrial, aftersales and spare parts activities for FIAT, one of Stellantis’ iconic brands, as well as the development of the automotive sector in Algeria. A first wave of investments from Stellantis and its suppliers will total over €200 million to manufacture the four models.
Today, Algeria is positioned as one of the key contributors to Stellantis Middle East and Africa (MEA) Dare Forward 2030 strategic plan. This launch of FIAT brand will pave the way to achieve Stellantis MEA ambition to reach one million vehicles sold in the region by 2030 with 70% regional production autonomy bringing us closer to customers’ needs.
The Tafraoui - Oran plant construction phase will be completed by August 2023 and production for the first FIAT 500 is planned by end 2023. By 2026, it will create nearly 2,000 new local positions, reach a localization rate of over 30%, a production capacity of 90,000 vehicles per year and ultimately produce four FIAT models. To ensure a high level of service for Algerian customers, the sales and aftersales network will cover 28 Wilayas in Algeria by end 2023.

Fiat 500 Hybrid
  • The iconic city car was the first step in FIAT’s electrification journey and today is the first hybrid vehicle in Algeria.

credit suisse è fallita de facto...acquisita da UBS per 50 cent di franco ad azione...praticamente nella sua storia ha perso il 99.5 percento del valore...sembra che il parlamento svizzero stia addirittura per promulgare una legge per bypassare gli azionisti(che facevano resistenza) e fargli ingoiare la cessione a UBS a calci nel cu--lo:rotfl::rotfl:

cavolo come ti interessi di credit suisse , non sarà magari per caso perchè sai che ne ho un piccolo cip in portafoglio ?
a pensar male si fa peccato ma a volte ci si azzecca .

sinceramente della loro reputazione non me ne può fregar di meno , mi interessa i soldi rubati agli azionisti che magari ci hanno messo tutta la liquidazione o i loro risparmi e ora sono in rovina .

e la stessa fine che potevano fare i tuoi risparmi con fiat , quindi ritieniti miracolato , sta di fatto che le azioni sono pericolose , io diversifico per divertimento , non mi rovino , ho 40k investiti e diversificati su 20 azioni quindi anche se mi dispiace sicuramente non mi toglierà il sonno , tenendo anche conto di quanto ho guadagnato in 10 anni consecutivi .
questo fa pensare quando qui leggevo che un utente diceva che aveva investito tutti i suoi risparmi su fiat :wall:

io sono convinto(evidentemente diversamente da te) che esistano i titoli solidi con bassisima probabilità di fallimento(e forti possibilità di crescita) e sai perché? perchè producono seriamente qualcosa e gestiscono correttamente la loro organizzazione nel tempo.se vai ad applicare questi banali criteri a CS , da anni, avresti trovato dei disastri, costanti(mutuati nei bilanci oltretutto)..se uno investe in CS , pensando pure di guadagnare , per me è un folle , oggi, come 10 anni fa

capisco quello che vuoi dire , ma una banca come credit suisse era ritenuta solida. ok gli scandali e la gestione leggera ma non pensi mai che la facevano fallire , le porcate le scopri sempre dopo che ti hanno già spennato.

capisco ma le voci e i commenti a volte sono anche speculativi , la banca ha fatto un aumento di capitale pochi mesi fa , la stavano ristrutturando e non penso che adesso fosse cosi in difficoltà , poteva farcela ma se la gente spaventata corre a disinvestire e ritirare i depositi e cambiare banca non c'è niente da fare ,in questo modo potrebbe fallire ancora qualsiasi banca europea o americana .
la fiducia in questo settore è molto importante , la fiat magari con una cattiva reputazione vendeva meno auto, mentre una banca esplode ....
stiamo parlando di una banca con 160anni di carriera , ma se perdi la fiducia sei morta .
speriamo non arrivino brutte voci speculative sulle nostre banche o sul nostro debito del paese altrimenti finiamo tutti malamente .........

secondo me fanno bene a fare gli @spin-off, lasciare cose pregiate tutte dentro lo stesso calderone non è positivo per la borsa,
metterei fuori anche jeep , mentre alfa sicuramente prima va rilanciata , meglio sarebbe con un proprio motore ma di sti tempi è quasi impossibile , io sulle medie gli rimonterei il vecchio motore box :o

Today, CNH Industrial is expanding its alternative fuel capabilities by taking a majority stake in Bennamann – a UK-based expert in solutions to capture, repurpose and store fugitive methane emissions for energy use. In conjunction with CNH Industrial equipment, Bennamann’s infrastructure delivers a carbon negative system that fully supports a circular economy in farming. This move boosts our leading position and portfolio in alternative fuels for the agriculture industry.
By consolidating our share in Bennamann, we are offering our customers a full energy production, storage and distribution service,” says Derek Neilson, President Agriculture at CNH Industrial. “This solution can transform farms into mini energy hubs that can satisfy their own energy needs, produce their own natural fertilizer and sell any excess gas on the open market. It also enables them to generate their own electricity. This makes us a true alternative energy enabler, able to serve myriad applications and contribute to a carbon negative future.”
Reducing emissions such as methane and CO2 from biowaste and operations is one of agriculture’s greatest environmental issues. To help farmers meet this challenge, CNH Industrial has been pioneering sustainable alternative power solutions in agriculture for over two decades, including the world’s first tractor running on compressed natural gas – the New Holland T6.180 Methane Power. Alternative fuels and electrification can enhance a farmer’s operational flexibility, efficiency, and even profitability, while dramatically offsetting their carbon footprint.
Our relationship with Bennamann began in 2019 when we jointly developed a liquefied natural gas fuel tank for our tractor prototype. In 2021, our Ventures investment arm acquired a minority stake in the business. On a pilot farm in the UK, our shared technologies are capturing fugitive emissions from farm biowaste – specifically livestock manure slurry – which are then purified into biomethane that is subsequently either compressed or liquefied. Both can be used as vehicle fuel, to generate electricity, and even supply household or farm power, while the byproducts of the conversion process can be used as a natural fertilizer. In total, the system provides energy independence for the farm, reduces input costs, and potentially generates additional revenue streams. This work has also led to the introduction of the world’s first liquefied fugitive methane tractor prototype, the New Holland T7 Methane Power LNG, which is operationally carbon negative when fueled by Bennamann’s system.
This latest strategic investment furthers our commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative by reducing CO2 emissions in agriculture. Our research has found that a 120-cow farm operating our shared methane capture technology can reduce the CO2 equivalent of 100 western European households – about 780 tons annually.
Together, we have progressed beyond the prototype phase and will install the CNH Industrial-Bennamann solution on multiple farms over the next year. This will start with compressed fugitive methane solutions, moving to liquefied in the future.
Why Liquefied Fugitive Methane?
Due to its high energy density, liquefied methane (a natural gas) is much easier to store and efficiently distribute than renewable energy sources such as Hydrogen and compressed natural gas. This makes liquefied methane a direct and suitable replacement for fossil fuels in high power applications, even in the most remote locations such as construction sites.

NORTHAMPTON, MA / ACCESSWIRE / March 21, 2023 / CNH Industrial brand CASE Construction Equipment is developing one of the industry's most diverse and comprehensive mini excavator lineups. This includes the launch of two all-new electrified mini excavators.
Introducing the advanced machines
CASE is launching the CX15EV and the CX25EV. Both feature a lithium-ion battery, charged either by the 110V/220V on-board charger, or via an external rapid charger that can have the machine charged extremely fast, typically within 90 minutes. Depending on the type of work, the CASE CX15 EV and CX25 EV will provide enough power to work through a full eight-hour day. All while delivering the core benefits of electrified construction equipment: no emissions, reduced noise, and less lifetime maintenance thanks to the elimination of the diesel engine.
"Mini excavators are ideal for electrification because they go through varied work cycles throughout the day," said Brad Mace, Product manager, CASE Construction Equipment. "Between access to power and the fast charging capabilities of the machine with both on-board and external technologies, these machines deliver excellent runtimes and are sure to be ready to take on any task."
CASE is proving that both mini excavators and electrified machines can still deliver the same premium operator-first experience as larger equipment. That operator experience starts with a standard color LCD monitor that delivers easy access to battery information, machine settings and work modes. It also features customizable hydraulic proportional controls and auxiliary hydraulics to let the operator dial that machine in to their preferences.
Each machine features three work modes that match electric motor speed to the task - Power, Standard and Economy - as well as the ability to adjust the sensitivity of the controls to really let the operator control the feel and performance of the machine. A load-sensing hydraulic system further delivers smooth and powerful performance.
"Our focus is on delivering a complete operator experience, even in some of the smallest machines we manufacture - and that attention to detail and operator satisfaction is built into each one of these battery powered units," said Mace. "Another area where we've showcased this is in the ability of these electrical units as attachment platforms."
CASE is also focusing on connectivity with these new electrified mini excavators, making SiteWatch telematics standard on each machine for optimal visibility into machine performance, and greater collaborative fleet management with the local CASE dealer. And each model can be outfitted with precision construction technologies to further improve productivity and digging quality.

"These are full-featured, fully electric powerhouses built for work in all environments and operations, and operators will recognize that quality when they sit at the controls and dig in," said Mace.
