Giuseppe, non so dove potrà arrivare Neuren (spero più in alto possibile) tuttavia le ultime due comunicazioni sono abbastanza importanti - dal mio punto di vista - poi sentiremo gli esperti ed il mercato:
Neuren conferma la designazione di farmaco orfano in Europa per la sindrome di Rett e la sindrome X fragile
Melbourne, Australia, 13 agosto 2015: Neuren Pharmaceuticals (ASX: NEU) ha annunciato oggi che la Commissione Europea ha formalmente adottato la decisione di concedere Orphan designazione di trofinetide di Neuren sia per Rett sindrome e la sindrome X fragile nell'Unione europea (UE).
Designazione di farmaco orfano nell'Unione Europea consente sponsor di beneficiare di una serie di incentivi, di cui 10 anni di esclusiva di mercato una volta che il farmaco è sul mercato. Durante tale periodo di esclusiva, l'EMA e gli Stati membri dell'UE non accettano altre domande di autorizzazione all'immissione in commercio, per le stesse indicazioni terapeutiche, nei confronti di un medicinale simile.
Programmi Neuren per la sindrome di Rett e la sindrome X fragile sono stati precedentemente ottenuto la designazione di Medicinale Orfano dalla US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), che prevede incentivi di cui 7 anni di esclusiva di mercato negli Stati Uniti.
Neuren prevede di annunciare i risultati top-line nel dicembre 2015 dal suo studio di fase 2 di trofinetide nella sindrome X fragile e continua con i preparativi per lo sviluppo rimanendo in sindrome di Rett, a seguito della sua recente incontro con la FDA.

Neuren si muove sempre intorno lì attorno ai 16 cents + o -.

GXY ha preso una stangata di quelle nelle trascorse sedute......
Ma, come ho letto da qualche parte, "alegher"!
...ora invece GXY è ripartito alla grande, 900% negli ultimi 6 mesi. 0,25$ AUD

It’s a Whole New Ballgame, Bring on Little League!

little leagueI have been on a bit of hiatus from all writing as Katelin and I settle in our new home of California. While I have been consumed by all the things parents of special needs children have to do after such a drastic move, the Rett research world has sped along at lightning speed.
The first thing I want to touch on… is that parents will be reimbursed for all reasonable travel costs. This is amazing. What a wonderful, amazing gift Neuren is giving all of, first they are working hard to cure our girls and now they are helping us make that happen. I know first hand how daunting those costs can be, and I have also been the recipient of an incredible amount of aid, which I will never ever forget and I am seriously indebted for the rest of my life. But, today a parent announced their daughter is starting the pediatric trial NEXT WEEK.
NEXT WEEK!!!
I want to dance around the living room and shout it for all the world to hear. NEXT WEEK!
I am so grateful to these parents, it’s one thing to put your grown up child in a trial with a drug already tested and shown safe in adults, it’s an entirely different ballgame when your daughter will be the FIRST pediatric participant.
The emotions I’m feeling are so overwhelming and I’m certain they are very similar to those of all the other parents. I feel the electricity that you feel when your team is up to bat, and that first kid gets up there, steps in the batter box, hits the bat on the plate, chokes up on the bat and stares the pitcher down…. you clasp your hands, you’re just hoping for a hit, just one little hit…. the throw! Time seems suspended as you wait…will it be a hit? A ball? A strike?….
I don’t have any doubt in my mind that Neuren is pitching right into the strike zone, and our kids are going to hit those balls right outta the park.

Neuren’s program is receiving valuable support from rettsyndrome.org, including grant funding towards the cost of this pediatric trial.
The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study in subjects aged 5 to 15 years is being conducted at up to 12 sites across the United States, led by clinicians experienced in Rett syndrome including the experts who led Neuren’s first trial in adolescents and adults.
The ASX has this morning granted the company a trading halt to prepare.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 27th April 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.

Sono previsti particolari appuntamenti (Congressi), a Giugno o in estate, nel corso dei quali la Società potrebbe rilasciare qualche notizia importante relativamente alle ricerche in corso?

At least from the outside it appears a lesson to learn is to be wary of “Chinese bearing gifts”. Fortunately Galaxy eventually managed to escape form that relationship and managed to get the “money and the house” in the form of the Mt Cattlin asset. It has since sliced and diced that asset, and up-focussed its Sal de Vida property.
Now it seems ready to enter the fray as a producer again using its cred as a mine-builder to lure the ever-wary Japanese and Korean seekers of Lithium sources with Galaxy’s past track record of “getting it done”. The goal is having them panting for some Sal de Vida.

Per il Litio, c'è solo speculazione...Quest'anno si è avuto un discreto deficit di produzione, ma, con il rialzo dei prezzi, molte compagnie hanno ripreso a sfornarne. Albemarle lo produce come sotto prodotto. I prezzi si stanno sgonfiando e si arriverà a quotazioni più sostenibili. Delle company in fase avanzata, io più di Galaxy seguo orocobre.
