Ecco la 72° Edizione del settimanale "Le opportunità di Borsa" dedicato ai consulenti finanziari ed esperti di borsa.
È stata un’ottava ricca di spunti per i mercati, dapprima con l’esito delle elezioni europee, poi con i dati americani incoraggianti sull’inflazione e la riunione della Fed. L’esito delle urne ha mostrato uno spostamento verso destra del Parlamento europeo, con l’avanzata dei partiti nazionalisti più euroscettici a scapito di liberali e verdi. In Francia, il presidente Macron ha indetto il voto anticipato dopo la vittoria di Le Pen e in Germania i socialdemocratici del cancelliere tedesco Olaf Scholz hanno subito una disfatta record. L’azionario europeo ha scontato molto queste incertezze legate al rischio politico in Francia. Oltreoceano, i principali indici di Wall Street hanno raggiunto nuovi record dopo che mercoledì sera, la Fed ha mantenuto invariati i tassi nel range 5,25-5,50%. I dot plot, le proiezioni dei funzionari sul costo del denaro, stimano ora una sola riduzione quest’anno rispetto a tre previste a marzo. Lo stesso giorno è stato diffuso il report sull’inflazione di maggio, che ha mostrato un rallentamento al 3,3% e un dato core al 3,4%, meglio delle attese.

Ha chiuso tutto e licenziato praticamente tutti i dipendenti.
Ha subito delisting ma al momento non credo quoti in OTC.
Non lo trovo con quel ticker ..
Infatti al momento non é in OTC.
Ieri evidentemente ho riportato una notizia inesatta.

Item 1.03 Bankruptcy or Receivership.
On September 16, 2016, ITT Educational Services, Inc. (the "Company") and its subsidiaries ESI Service Corp. and Daniel Webster College, Inc. (the "Subsidiaries") ceased operations and commenced bankruptcy proceedings (the "Chapter 7 Cases") by filing voluntary petitions for relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code, 11 U.S.C. sections 101 et seq. (the "Code") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division. The Chapter 7 Cases are pending under the captions In re ITT Educational Services, Inc., In re ESI Service Corp., and In re Daniel Webster College, Inc. As a result of the filing of the Chapter 7 Cases, a Chapter 7 trustee will be appointed (the "Chapter 7 Trustee"), who will assume control of the Company and the Subsidiaries. The assets of the Company and the Subsidiaries will be liquidated and claims administered in accordance with the Code.
Recent events, previously disclosed by the Company, impaired the ability of the Company to implement alternatives for the refinance, restructure or self-directed orderly liquidation of the Company.
