RESULT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD ON 24 JUNE 2021
TAIPEI, Taiwan, June 24, 2021 – GigaMedia Limited (NASDAQ: GIGM), a digital
entertainment services provider, wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting
(“AGM”) of the Company held on 24 June 2021, all resolutions relating to the matters set out in
the Notice of AGM dated 21 May 2021 were duly passed.

Entrato oggi....vecchio pallino...vediamo se ci regala qualche soddisfazione a breve.
 
Mmhmm. Spero di sbagliarmi: ieri forti volumi e poco movimento di prezzo; oggi calano i volumi (ma pur sempre sopra la media!) e scende vistosamente il prezzo. Sembra che ci sia chi se ne vuole sbarazzare.
Non vorrei che la stretta cinese (mainland) sui giochi abbia inciso sui profitti ... oppure ci fosse una diluizone in vista .... :(
Io per ora sto fuori ma continuo a seguirla ....
