Settimana difficile per i principali indici europei e americani, solo il Nasdaq resiste alle vendite grazie ai conti di Nvidia. Il leader dei chip per l’intelligenza artificiale ha riportato utili e prospettive superiori alle attese degli analisti, annunciando anche un frazionamento azionario (10 a 1). Gli investitori però valutano anche i toni restrittivi dei funzionari della Fed che hanno ribadito la visione secondo cui saranno necessari più dati che confermino la discesa dell’inflazione per convincere il Fomc a tagliare i tassi. Anche la crescita degli indici Pmi, che dipingono un’economia resiliente con persistenti pressioni al rialzo sui prezzi, rafforzano l’idea di tassi elevati ancora a lungo. Bravo. Okkio solo al nasdaq. Da quel poco che ho visto , se va rosso si scendicchia..... appena torna verde si riparte. Io oggi non posso seguire e vi lascio il divertimento. Fine pausa caffè.

According to Bollinger, the bands should contain 88-89% of price action, which makes a move outside the bands significant. Technically, prices are relatively high when above the upper band and relatively low when below the lower band. However, relatively high should not be regarded as bearish or as a sell signal. Likewise, relatively low should not be considered bullish or as a buy signal. Prices are high or low for a reason. As with other indicators, Bollinger Bands are not meant to be used as a stand-alone tool. Chartists should combine Bollinger Bands with basic trend analysis and other indicators for confirmation.

bhe lo so che quando è fuori dalle bande deve rientrare...ma il resto delle conclusioni?
C'è solo scritto che la bande contengono l'88-89% dei prezzi e che una uscita dalle stesse vuol dire che il prezzo è relativamente alto o basso, ma che non ciò non deve essere preso come un segnale di vendita/acquisto e costituiscono uno strumento che va utilizzato solo in combinazione con altri. tutto qui

John Bollinger has a set of 22 rules to follow when using the bands as a trading system.
MOMENTUM AND THE CYCLE
One of the strengths of a momentum indicator is that it can provide a good indication of the actual status of a cycle in ‘real’ time.
There is a very good theoretical reason for this. Figure 13.1a shows the position of a regular cycle with respect to time.
Note that the slope of the cycle varies with the stage of the cycle. At point A, the slope is flat because the cycle is in the process of turning down.
At point B, the slope is steep and downward (or negative). At point C, the slope is flat again because the cycle is turning up.
And at D, the slope is steep and upward (or positive). Now, the steepness of the curve represents the rate at which the position changes.
It is the velocity of the cycle and is known to mathematicians as the first derivative of the cycle with respect to time. The velocity is shown in Figure 13.1b.
The important point to note is that the resulting curve is the same shape as the original cycle but it is displaced a quarter-cycle back from the original. The analysis can be taken a stage further.
The slope of the velocity cycle represents the rate at which velocity is changing. It is therefore the acceleration/deceleration of the cycle and is known to mathematicians as the second derivative of the cycle with respect to time.
The acceleration/deceleration cycle is shown in Figure 13.1c. Note that this cycle is displaced a quarter-cycle ahead of the velocity cycle. It is therefore a half-cycle back from the original cycle.

Un saluto a tutti
qui c'è sicuramente qualche news da paura alla trimestrale altrimenti non si giustificherebbe una forza relativa così evidente.
Un plauso a chi ha resistito alla tentazione di vendere.
Ora vedo gli eventi ed un eventuale crollo o ridimensionamento drl titolo sarà un opportunità di entrare.
Io entrerò con un primo grosso blocco sulla tenuta dei 15.30 e solo se arriverà a quel.livello.
In bocca al lupo per chi è dentro.
