..una ventina di gg or sono, avevo riportato un "rumors" sulla probabile quotazione delle recenti emissioni bond IGT 2020/2023...
... riportavo e condividevo l'aspettativa di un primario operatore, il quale pare abbia inoltrato domanda e dato disponibilità ad essere Liquidity Provider sugli strumenti...
.... tutte le domande inoltrate e le disponibilità esternate, per il passato, sono state sempre accolte tra i 20 ed i 40 gg...per tanto nella "seconda quindicina di maggio" (i 40 gg erano passati) si confidava nella ammissione/quotazione dei bond in oggetto...
...NON è andata come ci si aspettava....!
...magari le quotazioni arrivano, ma (oramai) con ritardo rispetto alla augurata aspettativa...

Announcement: Moody's: Nevada's approval of skill-based slot machines a positive development in transition of US gaming sector

New York, May 29, 2015 -- Nevada's decision to approve skill-based arcade-style features on slot machines, which could be in place as soon as 2016, is a positive step in the transition of the gaming landscape as new technology moves away from chance-based slot machines, Moody's Investors Service says in "US Gaming Sector Gets Potential Innovation Boost as Nevada Approves Skill-Based Gaming."
Nevada's governor approved Senate Bill 9 on May 21, 2015, allowing state gaming regulators to adopt rules approving skill-based and arcade-like features. Slot machines in the US are currently authorized to operate based on chance.
"We believe a skill-based slot product is a positive development for Nevada, the US gaming sector overall and slot manufacturers," Moody's Analyst Pete Trombetta says. "The real test will be whether or not a skill-based slot product will be enough to encourage a younger demographic, a consumer group that is showing less interest to spend their time and income on casino games of pure chance, like slot machines, than previous generations."
In February, New Jersey adopted a broader initiative to permit real-money, skill-based gaming as a method of innovating new products.
Moody's says Nevada's decision is potentially significant since it demonstrates the willingness of casino operators and state regulators to create an appropriate environment to accommodate new product innovation.
As well, by establishing a framework and process, Nevada has made it easier for other jurisdictions which rely on slot revenues to do the same.
Further, despite solid performance of monthly gaming revenues relative to regional markets throughout the US, the local Las Vegas market has seen monthly gaming revenues decline in the last six of eight months, hence recognizing the need for a more innovative slot product.
Additionally, gaming manufacturers such as International Game Technology PLC (Ba2 stable) and Scientific Games Corporation (B2 stable) will see favorable implications from the approval and implementation of skill-based slot products throughout the US.
