  • Due nuove obbligazioni Societe Generale, in Euro e in Dollaro USA

    Societe Generale porta sul segmento Bond-X (EuroTLX) di Borsa Italiana due obbligazioni, una in EUR e una in USD, a tasso fisso decrescente con durata massima di 15 anni e possibilità di rimborso anticipato annuale a discrezione dell’Emittente.

Io è circa un mese che cerco di vendere i bond a qualunque prezzo x fare minus ma niente, non si riesce a vendere
 
Lo stesso anche io
ma quale altro sistema si puo adottare (oltre che a vendere il titolo)per creare
queste minus?
 
Abengoa e' morta
Forse si può ricavare qualcosa
Da abenewco se si mettono d'accordo ci potrebbe essere 1 scambio tra bond e azioni
Il travaso di attività lo hanno fatto
Qualcosa si può recuperare spero
 
Io non avevo mai convertito il titolo "tecnico" nel nuovo bond emesso un anno fa. Me l'ero presa comoda perché la deadline era il 2024 e l'unico svantaggio mi fare posse che si perdesse una cedola irrisoria. Dite che a questo punto conviene farlo o sono fuori tempo massimo?

With respect to the SOM notes, there are no changes currently. The previous restructuring agreement has been terminated so there will be no conversion. No changes can be made at this time, and we will have to wait to see the new proposal the Board of Directors will present to its creditors but we do not have any information at this point.

bisogna poi vedere i bondholder che fine fanno
non penso che il recupero sara' piu' di 4-5.
 
se mettono 200 ml x avere il 70%
abenewco vale 300ml
i 100 rimasti , mettiamo che meta'
va ai bondholder , 50 diviso 1650
che e' il debito , il rec. e' 3 punti .

sempre che non sia 0
 
Pensavo di vendere una parte x minusvalenze
Ma nulla
Non penso si possa recuperare più di 4_ 5.
Qualcuno ha visto 1 prezzo ?

Right now the Company is working on two new different proposals of restructuring.
