Summary
Atmel announced today that Donald Colvin, Atmel's VP, Finance and CFO, has
resigned from the Company.
Robert Avery, Atmel's Corporate Director of Finance will be the acting VP,
Finance and CFO until a replacement is found.
Mr. Colvin will remain with Atmel to help in the completion of 2002 financial
statements and assist in the transition to his replacement.
During these times, when ATML is attempting to overhaul its cost-structure and
return to profitability, and the Company's balance sheet is under scrutiny by
investors, we view Mr. Colvin's departure as a negative for the stock, as this
adds more uncertainty and risk to the ATML story.
We maintain our Underperform rating and $2.70 price target on ATML.

Certo! Lo stop è a 2,36 e io chiudo una posizione se la rottura viene confermata in chiusura e se nel giorno successivo non viene recuperata. E' una tecnica come tante ...la mia.... e ti assicuro che sui mercati USA paga ...le eccezioni poi ci sono in tutte le cose... Non c'è ansia.... e molto poco da ridere...credi forse che le perdite si possano eliminare? E' impossibile ...devi solo attenerti al tuo foglio di lavoro ed essere disciplinato.
