che quei marcioni di GE non sono dei fessi :D :D vedrai che se li finanziano sanno bene quello che fanno al massimo fra un paio di anni la portano a casa con quattro bricioline :)

al contrario, nasdaq permettendo, con questi short se prende un pò di forza al rialzo potrebbe esserci il panico per ricoprirsi :D

Navarre to Delay 4Q for Compensation, Tax Costs Review

MINNEAPOLIS (Dow Jones)--Navarre Corp. (NAVR) postponed the release of its fourth-quarter results and said that a restatement of certain prior periods may be required.

In a press release Tuesday, the publisher of home entertainment and multimedia software products said it is determining the amount and timing of the recognition of deferred compensation expense related to its chief executive's 2001 employment agreement, as amended in December 2003.

The company is also reviewing the recognition and classification of certain fiscal 2005 tax items.

Navarre expects that these noncash charges may require a restatement of prior periods. The company expects the charges will impact historical financial statements, but won't impact cash flows.

Navarre Corporation Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Director

MINNEAPOLIS, July 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Navarre Corporation (Nasdaq: NAVR), a publisher and distributor of a broad range of home entertainment and multimedia software products, today announced that James G. Gilbertson has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company in order to pursue other business interests. Mr. Gilbertson has agreed to remain in a consulting capacity with the Company until August 15, 2005.

Eric Paulson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We appreciate Jim's many contributions to the growth and repositioning of Navarre over the past several years, as well as his professionalism in planning a smooth transition. All of us at Navarre join me in wishing Jim every success in his future endeavors."

The Company indicated that it anticipates appointing a new, independent director in the near future and that it is undertaking a search for a new Chief Financial Officer.

l'avevo vista in pre apertura ...un peccato non essere entrati ..e' qualche mese che lateralizza..se esce sopra e' da prendere....

sì, ma questa storia del ceo va studiata per bene. Magari ritorna sui 7,33. Beccarmi quelle di chi le ha prese a questi prezzi non mi piace
