sono cose oramai trite e ritrite....manco nostradamus ha fatto così tante previsioni...di certo per ora c'è solo che si sale (per ora poco) o si scende (quasi sempre) con non-notizie....mi auguro che ci sia qualche buona news ma stare tutta la domenica a scrivere e scannarmi con altri utenti mi pare alquanto inutile...per carità rispetto tutte le opinioni

ci tengo a precisare che nessuno per me è sciacallo ma soltanto fa il proprio gioco. è solo che mi capita di leggere sui vari 3d qualcuno che dice guadagnato 20mila, guadagnato 50 mila e spara cifre grosse (e non dico non reali),possibile questi guadagnino sempre?ciao

Cell Therapeutics (CTIC) è una società biofarmaceutica con sede a Seattle, WA dal 1991. Cell Therapeutics Missione, "CTI è impegnata nello sviluppo, acquisizione e commercializzazione di terapie innovative per il cancro. Major Partnership
Novartis ha sede a Basilea, la Svizzera è uno dei più grandi del mondo sanitario / società farmaceutiche. Novartis ha mostrato grande interesse per CTI, nel 2006 entrambe le società hanno concordato un accordo di partnership. Novartis avrebbe esclusive mondiali di sviluppo e commercializzazione di OPAXIO, ed in aggiunta a ciò, l'accordo consente Novartis l'opzione di sviluppare e commercializzare pixantrone. L'accordo ha portato a un investimento di 15 milioni dollari nel capitale di CTI.

AMMENDE DA ITALIA E SOLLECITI CONSOB
However, if we are unable to successfully
defend ourselves against the assessments issued by the ITA, we may be requested to pay to the ITA an amount ranging from €4.9 million to
€9.4 million, or approximately $6.6 million to $12.6 million as of December 31, 2010, plus collection fees, notification expenses and additional
interest for the period lapsed between the date in which the assessments were issued and the date of effective payment. On February 2, 2011, we
paid to the ITA the required deposit in respect of the 2005 VAT in the amount of €1.5 million, or approximately $2.0 million converted using the
currency exchange rate as of December 31, 2010.

applicable Italian rules and prior to the deadline of March 22, 2011 (i.e., the deadline after which default interest and/or increases in the amount

alle ore 15:58 in italia mi scompare il book su cell
alle 16:19 bloccano le contrattazioni in usa dopo 1,3M di scambi ne sono certo perchè alle 16:15 sono riuscito a comprare diversi pezzi
alle 15:30 inizia il discorso BIanco il quale si sente fiducioso degli avvenimenti che accadranno a cell. si cavaliere parla anche di opazio e dice che hanno tre farmci in via di approvazione ...parla nel suo intervento della commissione europea sui farmaci e dice di sentirsi fiducioso ed eccitato di ciò che presto accadrà bla bla bla le cose che noi sappiamo.
dopo la sospensione del titolo al nasdaq sui forum americani si parla di prezzo fino a 27$ , bottiglie di champagne da stappare e via dicendo (tutte minkiate) . sul forum di google USA un persona scrive postando il link che è stata sospesa con la motivazione H11. che significa irregolarità in contrattazione.
le conclusioni a cui sono giunto ma ovviamente opinabilissime...
com'è possibile che un titolo scambi in un sol giorno 19M di pezzi in italia e rimanga pressochè invariato..... comunicano notizie e a differenza di tutte le altre volte questa non da nessun tipo di risultato... dopo le giuste richieste inviate in consob probabilmente consob ha trovato qualche irregolarità nelle contrattazioni ed ha avvertito sec della medessima ed entrambe hanno deciso di sospendere.
ora i casi sono due :
a) connivenza tra le irregolarità fatte tra ctic e un fondo sulla contrattazione del titolo....e son ka..zi
b) ctic, consob, sec hanno accordato una linea di azioni per "buttar fuori" chi tradava questo titolo in modo non lecitoc) escluderai dato il tempo trascorso un'opa o quant'altro,,,, limitando le discussioni a questi due aspetti fondati dal comunicato
