As 2024 moves forward I would like to stop and reflect on the phenomenally successful year the #Matica Group had, with significant growth in revenues and volumes throughout the company.
We continue to invest in innovation, with our new desktop retransfer printer, the XID-M, getting great reviews as we launched it around the world in 2023. The year 2024 promises even more, as we move into full production on the XID-M, launch further ground-breaking products and bring new software and digital innovations into the group.
The world is shifting around us, and we must move quickly with the times to provide the right ‘solutions for a changing world’.
Solutions that transcend and converge the physical and digital domains.
Solutions that are pioneering, efficient, secure and make the world a safer place.
This will keep us ahead of the curve and establish us as a leading provider of digital identity and payment systems.
This future is being made possible because of the talented and dedicated worldwide Matica team in our offices across the United States, Italy, Switzerland, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Dubai, India and China. Because of this dream team we have been able to challenge, successfully compete against and even surpass some of the ‘industry giants’.
What an honor it is for me to work with this driven group of people.

You are defrauding the small shareholders of Matica Fintec .:o
Primo post su Linkedin di uno scontento.
 
Considerando che Linkedin è ormai l'unico punto di contatto con l'azienda, secondo me l'utente che si è lamentato ha fatto benissimo.
Dovremmo andare tutti a scrivere lamentele sotto i loro post, in modo da fargli capire la gravità della situazione. A breve anche io andrò a scrivere qualcosa.

La soddisfazione dei piccoli sarà aver partecipato alla realizzazione delle soddisfazioni di Camillo.
Ha sempre molte più soddisfazioni chi da e non chi riceve :5eek: :D

si,ma basile alla fine, ma proprio alla fine, si è parzialmente redento.
Camillo non lo conosco bene, ma i vari de basterdettis, calatbastaxdone, clemerdi e PPFDP (paolino papaerino figlio di put...) andranno sotto terra senza nessun minimo segno di redenzione.

Ciao Barzagli, avevo letto più o meno la stessa cosa sulla loro pagina linkedin (ovviamente pagina di Matica Group, non di Fintec).
La notizia riguarda Matica Group, mentre Matica FIntec viene citata solo per dire che è una delle 12 controllate del gruppo.
Nonostante Camilleri abbia un Gruppo che vada molto bene, la sensazione è che abbia tutto l'interesse ad abbattere la quotazione di FIntec e delistarla per due soldi. Per i piccoli azionisti che hanno creduto al progetto diversi anni fa, significherebbe la perdita del capitale, mentre per lui potrebbe essere conveniente, anche se poi credo abbia bisogno di girare sempre con la scorta.

Dati meglio di quanto credevo, a parte forse qualche ricavo in più. Ora si trova ad un P/E di 8 ed un EV/EBITDA di 3 e qualcosa e PFN positiva... direi che può quotare tranquillamente sopra i 2 euro.
