Via libera al piano di salvataggio di Montefibre. Il Tribunale di Milano, secondo quanto riportato da alcune fonti vicine alla vicenda, ha omologato l'accordo di ristrutturazione sui debiti della società attiva nella produzione e commercializzazione di fibre. I magistrati hanno dato il loro benestare dopo aver constatato che il piano ha ottenuto il consenso di creditori che rappresentano il 90% dei crediti. La ristrutturazione della società passa anche per cessioni di cespiti per 114,3 milioni entro fine 2011.

Bahrain, UAE probe suspicious Iran-bound shipments

"Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates have confiscated a number of items Iran may have sought for its nuclear program, a development that diplomats said showed how enforcement of UN sanctions against Tehran is steadily improving.

One of the items heading to Iran but confiscated by Bahrain was carbon fiber, the diplomats told Reuters, a dual-use material UN experts have said would be crucial if Iran was to develop more advanced nuclear enrichment centrifuge technology.

Bahrain’s and UAE’s confidential reports to the UN Security Council’s Iran sanctions committee are politically significant, envoys said on condition of anonymity, since they highlight how more and more states are enforcing the sanctions and making it increasingly difficult for Tehran to flout them.

“The fact that these two countries are now taking steps to enforce the sanctions and reporting those steps to the UN is remarkable by itself,” a senior Security Council diplomat said. “It shows that the UN sanctions regime can work. UAE has been one of Iran’s enablers. Iran’s becoming more isolated.”

Dubai has long been one of Iran’s main transit hubs because of its busy port and position as a key financial center.

The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace think-tank wrote in July 2011 that Dubai was “a top source of Iranian imports and a key transshipment point for goods — legal and illegal — destined for the Islamic republic.”

Among the firms involved in the procurement efforts the UAE uncovered was Kalaye Electric Co. in Tehran, the former center of Iran’s enrichment centrifuge research and development program, envoys said.

There were no details available on the items confiscated by UAE authorities, but the three items Bahrain intercepted included carbon fiber, a dual-use material that the UN expert panel identified in a May 2012 report as key for the further development of Iran’s uranium enrichment centrifuge program.It remains unclear if Iran wanted the carbon fiber for its nuclear program, diplomats said."

I miei servizi, mi hanno segnalato che questo signore, ieri o l' altro ieri, è arrivato in Sicilia a fare non so cosa, ma si occupa anche di chimica e materie plastiche con il suo gruppo di cui al link sottoindicato, magari, anche lui era di quelli che doveva trovarsi con la sanguisuga di Palazzo Chigi.

quella che arriva da miranda non è mica un brutta notizia.
dipende da come la si vuol leggere.
ora daccordo che tu hai degli occhiali deformanti per non so' quale fine...:mmmm:
ma proprio non avere ritegno....piuttosto TU che sei sempre moolto informato(forse piu' di visron) dacci una anticpazione sul verdetto tribunalizio

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione, riunitosi in data 11 ottobre 2012 ha preso atto che, all'udienza del 10 ottobre 2012, il giudice ha accordato alla società un rinvio del termine entro il quale formalizzare il nuovo piano ex art. 182-bis L.F. al 16 gennaio 2013.

e probabilmente di fronte magari alla decisione di qualche creditore di andare dritto verso la richiesta ha deciso di accordare nuovo tempo nella speranza che succeda qualcosa.son portato a credere che quel giudice non sia un ingenuo peter pan ma che qualcosa gli abbiano detto per convincerlo.
quel qualcosa sta in quello che sappiamo..gli arabi i coreani acerra qualche stramaledetta vendita toh anche i cinesi benche' io non ci creda assolutamente.

ps
mi chiedo ulteriormente ma perche' dare tempo agli orlandoni? e non passare direttamente al curatore fallimentare?che Knowhow hanno in piu' gli orlandoni per poterci ancora provare?
