between the publication of the RJ Plan and the first call of the ACG, the Trustee does not believe that there will
be sufficient time for the Trustee to conduct a voting process for Noteholders it will represent at the first call of
the ACG to vote on the RJ Plan. In addition, given the complexity of the RJ Plan and the diverse interests which
Noteholders will be likely to have, the Trustee anticipates that it will be unlikely that it will be able to exercise
its discretion to vote on the RJ Plan. Accordingly, Noteholders who wish to be able to attend the ACG and
vote on the RJ Plan should (a) register their claims individually with the RJ Administrator and (b)
arrange either to be represented or physically attend the ACG.
Noteholders who wish to register their claims individually with the RJ Administrator should note that Trustee
will not be able to help Noteholders with this process, which is a matter for the RJ Administrator.

La conseguenza di questa melina è stata l'astensione dal voto
all'AGC (più di due mesi dopo che lamentava la mancanza di tempo a disposizione!)
e non ho motivo di credere che cambierà atteggiamento.
